Joining ignite is a seamless process, and we’re here to guide you through every step. From your application to setting up your profile, we make it easy to get started. Our team is always available to offer support, answer questions and ensure you feel confident as you join our trusted provider network.
A minimum of one session per week, however, we recommned that the more you offer the more chance of you getting bookings. It is important to keep your calendar up to date as bookings are considered confirmed through our booking system. Our provider portal allows you to set up a calendar sync and makes calendar and appointment management easy.
We have a matrix used to determine the session rate for your contract with ignite. You invoice us monthly for the sessions you have carried out booked through ignite and we pay you by the 25th of the following month. It's as easy as that!
No, that is up to you. If you are GST registered, you would add this to your invoice along with your GST number, but it is not a requirement from us for you to be registered.
No. The services provided by ignite are confidential and no reporting is required from you. On occasions there may be an exception to this for a specific service, however, you would be made aware of this if it were the case.
You can only offer video sessions, however, being able to offer in-person sessions is appreciated where possible as there is a demand for this.
If you are a registred health professional, you require an annual practising certifcate. If you are not a health professional, we will ask for evidence of your qualifications in your chosen field, and which professional body you belong to. As a guideline we are generally looking for a minimum of degree level education, an evidence base around mental health and wellbeing and a professional body membership that provides ethical guidelines and ongoing professional development.
Yes, you must hold indemnity insurance.
Ignite provides you several key contacts within our team so that we can respond quickly to any questions or concerns that may arise. We also have provider forums on a quarterly basis so you can connect with other providers and keep up to date with what is happening in Ignite. We also have in person and online coffee catch ups from time to time and a LinkedIn group so there are plenty of opportunities to connect.
